オペレーティングシステムがWindows3.1からWindowsNT4.0に変更になり，電
子メールソフトやWWWのブラウザソフト等が変更されました。BASIC，Xサーバ
は廃止され，また，大型汎用計算機の廃止にともない，今までVOS3上で運用し
ていたSASはパーソナルコンピュータ(200台)で利用できるようになっていま
す。
